English Premier League champions Manchester City have recorded their tenth consecutive win in the UEFA Champions League, and repeated the achievement of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
The record holders are Bayern, which, in addition to ten consecutive wins, had recorded 15 successive victories in the Champions League.
In the second leg of the Round of 16, Man City beat Denmark's Copenhagen 3-1, reaching the quarterfinals. City had won 3-1 in the first leg, too.
French Ligue 1 titleholders PSG, German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich, and Spain’s Real Madrid also have made it to the quarterfinals.
Arsenal and Porto, Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona and Italian Serie A titleholders Napoli, Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan, as well as Borussia Dortmund and PSV Eindhoven will lock horns for the other Champions League quarterfinal spots next week.
